The rules clearly state that once your planet is captured, you're
supposed to immediately cby. Not sit on the planet and keep claiming
it back to fuck over the corp that invaded you. Not to take all your
credits and cby with them. You can make whatever excuses you want,
but the simple fact is you're nothing but a cheating little shit.
